Everything is handled by email, in English or French. DPTag is published by a very small team: expect around two working days, longer over weekends and public holidays.
To get a useful answer on the first reply, include your store address, the version of the DPTag plugin you are running, and your licence key if you are a Pro subscriber. A screenshot of the screen in question usually beats a description.
Subscription and billing
Your invoices, your payment method and cancelling your subscription are all available from your account, without going through us.
Unused prepaid AI credits can be refunded on request within fourteen days of purchase. The full rules are in the terms of service.
The free plugin
The free plugin published on wordpress.org has its own support forum, which is the right place for a public question: the answer then helps whoever comes next.
Write to us directly if your question is about your account, a payment, or data you would rather not make public.

Exercising your rights over your data, questions about the terms of service or about who publishes this site: same address, same person answering.
The publisher's identity, the hosting arrangements and the detail of what is processed are in the legal notice and the privacy policy.
